The cottage is two hundred feet
from the heart of Glen Arbor and two hundred feet to the beautiful
Lake Michigan beach at the end of our Street.
Quietly situated in the Heart of
Glen Arbor on an unpaved road.
This cottage comfortably sleeps
6-8.
Three bedrooms and an
additional room which can be used as a fourth bedroom.
King sized bed
in the master. Get some rest, you work hard all year, you
deserve it!
Nice crib in master bedroom, if
you need this...I guess you can forget about getting
any rest.
Cottage linens are not provided,
but pillows, blankets, and comforters are!
Large living room, kitchen and
dining area for quality family time. There are games, videos,
books and even a few toys to enjoy.
Large kitchen with full size
appliances includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
blender, mixer and plenty of pots, pans and utensils.
Cable TV in the master bedroom and
the living room. Video player and DVD player provided.
Need a movie? Walk to the video
rental store in three minutes. Or relax with some of the books
and games at the cottage.

blocks from a Lake Michigan public boat launch.
Room to park your boat in our
drive.
Private back yard enclosed by
fence.

master bedroom.

Dryer available. (Sorry, the
washer has issues.)
Absolutely NO SMOKING on the
premises! And we discourage it at the beach...we only like
butt PRINTS.
Family dog welcome! Additional
charge of $35 may be assessed per for more than one dog. NO
cats or other critters allowed!
Reasonable rental rates: $1,950
per week during the 2008 summer season.
Weekends, partial weeks, and
long-term rentals available at great rates outside summer.
Rates as low as $325 per
weekend / $375 for 3 nights apply during most of the off season
(late October -May). Rates vary by length of stay and
time of year.

(231)935-5000. There is also a pharmacy and a veterinarian in
the village as well as excellent police, fire and EMT
protection. Hospital care is at Munson Hospital, Traverse
City.
