Betsy's cottage 2008:
$1500/wk summer. No pets allowed..
Reservations are from
Saturday to Saturday during the Summer season, by the week
only.
Weekends, Weekly, Partial
weeks and Long term Rentals are available during the
rest of the year. Send a request for rates.
Off-season weekend rates are low in
the winter and spring, depending on the dates. Fall and
holiday rates are higher.
We allow one dog per rental at the Glen Arbor
cottage at no additional charge. Additional charges of $35 per
dog for each additional dog, allowed at our
discretion.
We collect a refundable
security deposit for all rentals.
In order to reserve your
requested dates, we collect 50% of the rental amount as a
deposit at the time your reservation is made. Your remaining
balance and security deposit is due 45 days prior to your
reserved start date.
We prefer a check to be
mailed to us but we can accept credit cards (via Pay Pal).
PayPal is safe and
simple (but expensive) for processing credit
cards. If you indicate that you would like to pay by credit
card, we will send you an email via PayPal. You fill in your
information and hit the send button on the form in the
email. Its that simple. Note: We may charge up to $45 extra for
credit card transactions. (That's what it costs us).

Glen Arbor on an unpaved lane, just 200 feet to the beautiful Lake
Michigan Beach at the end of our street.
Three bedrooms with bonus
additional room which can be used as a fourth
bedroom.

Kid's playground, four public
tennis courts, and basketball court only a 5 minute walk
from the cottage.
Our road is adjacent to wooded
trails that interconnect throughout the national park.
Civil War era cemetery nearby.
Visit the Sleeping Bear Dunes park's web site or the park for maps
and info.
The National Park includes the
Alligator Hill Hiking Trail with incredible views of Glen Lake and
Lake Michigan as well as the famous Dune Climb.

blocks from a Lake Michigan public boat launch.
Plenty of room to park your boat
in our driveway.
Central Air Conditioning.
Large living room, kitchen and
dining area for quality family time.
Cable TV in the master bedroom and
the living room. Video player and DVD player provided.
Need a movie? Walk to the video
rental store in three minutes.
King sized bed in the
master. Get some rest! You work hard all year, you deserve
it!
Nice crib in master bedroom. If
you need this...I guess you can forget about getting
any rest.
Large kitchen with full size
appliances inludes dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
blender, mixer and lots of pots, pans and utensils.
Private back yard enclosed by
fence.
Large Weber Charcoal
Grill.
Cordless phones in kitchen and
master bedroom.
This cottage comfortably sleeps 6
to 8 people.
Absolutely no smoking on the
premises! And we discourage it at the beach...we only like
butt PRINTS.
Family dog welcome. Additional
charge of $35 may be assessed for extra dogs. NO cats
or other critters allowed!
Reasonable rental rates: $1,950
per week for the 2008 summer season.
Rates as low as $275 for two
nights/ $325 for 3 nights apply during most of the off season.
(June, September, Fall color and Holidays may be higher.)
Cottage linens are not provided,
but pillows and blankets, and comforters
